Ingredients:


  • 50 grams of cooking oil
  • 60 gr flour
  • 25 grams of tomato puree
  • 1 liter of broth brown
  • 100 g carrots, cut
  • 100 gr onion, cut
  • 50 g celery stalks, cut


 How to make Brown Sauce:

  1. - Heat the oil in a sauce pan / pot
  2. - Add the flour, and cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently
  3. - Add the tomato puree and hot broth, bring to a boil
  4. - Briefly sauté onion, carrot and celery sticks until fragrant, Lift insert it into the stew sauce
  5. - Cook over low heat for 4 to 6 hours, remove the foam that may occur during the cooking process.
  6. - Filter before use
